If you stay at Kelly you will lose out on compensation and career growth opportunities in the market. I was a core employee and I had maybe 2, 2% annual merit raises in over 10 years. Me and numerous others, some who were 25+ year veteran employees, were recently displaced in a massive downsizing of 400 or better individuals. Shortly thereafter, Kelly announced they were spending a bunch of money acquiring another company, which was in pretty poor taste.
