      Pros

      Pay falls within range for this position and location, hourly pay on a weekly schedule with overtime opportunity and yearly review. Offers good benefits of medical, dental, mental health services, and tuition assistance.

      Cons

      I was told the pay was non-negotiable since it is a contracted position. There is a 401k benefit but it does not provide employer match.

      the market is tough, which impacts morale and decisions. not a kelly issues as much as an industry wide issue, that will pass.

      Pros

      It's a good transition/entry-level job for most. I don't see myself staying due to minimal raises/pay and lackluster benefits.

      Cons

      For the work that is required to do, the pay is not competitive as it is a CRO (contracting company). If your position within is dependent on a contract, the pay for lower end positions are ok.
