      Fun team environment - very supportive direct manager, diverse and inclusive team. Great work life balance - flexible hours, time off Okay benefits - ability to purchase additional vacation, medical and 401k with company match

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities when working onsite at client - feel disconnected from company. Heavily impacted by COVID - however future with Kelly looks positive, very transparent CEO. Competing directives from client vs Kelly - sometimes feel caught in the middle. Compensation not in line with market and based on tenure with company vs performance
