Ctc, bonus is good and Upasana preejit these two are very good. They speaks good with everyone.

Cons

There is no growth.Lots of politics is there.I don't like KellyOcg pune lead, kelly company is good but Bangalore employee some people's are very bad and also pune lead guy .Here to servive in company means we have catch bucket.Totaly disappointed.

-Low entry level -Considered good pay (as Malaysian)

Cons

-Working US time -Really affecting health and mental state -8 Hours of constant interpreting with very less breaks in between -1 hour break that is unpaid -Constant technical issues/phone line issues -No recognition -Does not feel like you contribute to anything or to anyone -Unfulfilling -Very restrictive in the sense of no freedom of words

I learned a few more bits and pieces on Excel. Not much else that I can think of.

Cons

No overall site manager or HR presence in the Telford site. The team leaders only report to their superiors by Skype calls, so they can behave with impunity, which they do regularly. I was treated appallingly and would discourage anyone from working here. Very US centric, and little to no opportunity for progression. Pay is at the very low end of what should be expected for a role like this. Not a true analysis and reporting role as your figures are expected to meet expectations in spite of what all your research suggests.
