      I learned a few more bits and pieces on Excel. Not much else that I can think of.

      Cons

      No overall site manager or HR presence in the Telford site. The team leaders only report to their superiors by Skype calls, so they can behave with impunity, which they do regularly. I was treated appallingly and would discourage anyone from working here. Very US centric, and little to no opportunity for progression. Pay is at the very low end of what should be expected for a role like this. Not a true analysis and reporting role as your figures are expected to meet expectations in spite of what all your research suggests.
