Many great people to work with. The company culture was moving in a great direction. The company continues to be sincerely committed to diverse talent (and non-diverse talent)

Cons

The culture seems to be moving in a negative direction because of the integration of recent acquisitions. New leadership is struggling to work with and communicate with existing employees.

I truly enjoyed my time at KellyOCG and appreciated the opportunity to work with a talented team in a dynamic environment. The work was engaging, and I felt supported by my colleagues.

Cons

Frequent leadership changes—I had three managers in three months—made it difficult to maintain consistency and communication. My role was eliminated, and due to the instability in leadership, no one realized it even happened on my birthday.
