Pros
Great coworkers, the non management personnel are great to be around. Factory is climate controlled which is a definite plus in the summer. Their products are very high quality with a very modern facility.
Cons
Fairly toxic workplace, poor management. Everyone is constantly in a bad mood due to the unnecessary stress created by management who uses the threat of layoffs as a "motivator". Constantly shifting targets and priorities make it hard to get your job done effectively. Working long hours is almost expected but it will not be appreciated at all. Management will lie straight to your face in the interview and tell you how great it is to work there. Don't believe them, you will be shocked and regret your decision.
