Cons
High turnover, horrible leadership, too many people in other countries trying to make operational decisions. HR is a power hungry joke, senior management rotates so frequently that progress is barely at a crawl because each new person wants to go a new direction. Could care less about production workers (which is who pays managements salary.) Supply chain is so messed up the line shuts down at a minimum of once per week.
