Overall, my experience has been positive; while the company is undergoing a transition, I believe it's moving in the right direction.

It pays the bills, good work life balance, overtime there if you want it

Cons

If you're not friends with management, you're out the door. & Management is not worth being friends with. The minute they feel you're a threat, you're out the door. This mainly applies to production - quality director is great
