A global name in the industry with a dedicated front end sales team and middle management.

Cons

One day company decides to split and create a completely new organisation globally with new CEO and VPs, and then suddenly after a couple of years they decide to change that overnight and merge it back, firing the CEO and many VPs of the sister company and giving no clarity to the employees and their clients. Talented company veterans and their opinions are treated like nothing and overlooked because the CEO thinks he is always right and wants to run the business thinking the people are selling trading goods or daily consumables for customers to place an order every day, and if that does not happen, micromanagement is done to an extreme level as if the employees are children and not hired professionals. No one should work for this company until the top management changes or it is sold to a better owner.
