      Pros

      Pros: Transparency from the top down. The CEO is candid and personable. People genuinely care about each other and bettering the company. Kelvion cares about its employees-- and makes a point to show it. EXCELLENT life/work balance and incredible upper management.

      Cons

      Cons: Kelvion has only had a presence in the US since 2015 or so. They purchased several pre-existing businesses and internal communications struggles because the company was essentially pieced together from other parts. (I personally enjoy the "start up" feel to the culture because of this, but well organized people might be driven mad by this, so I listed it as a "con".)
