Benefits are just okay - 401k is decent

Cons

New CEO is narcissistic and obviously preparing the company to be sold. He has "fired" several directors and VPs and replaced them with his friends. He "retired" the VP of operations after 43 years of service. He got rid of the director of sales and manufacturing managers. He just calls you up and tells you to leave. People are handing their notices as the environment is toxic. Do not waste your time.

CEO Andy Blindfold plays favorites, micromanage, autocratic with own opinion as he thinks he is GOD and always right, with no interest to listen to a different opinions and create a culture of getting rid of out-performers that is potentially a threat to his status. Andy has a character problem and extremely lack of sense of safety about himself. A lot of inner healing work on his side to do and reflection on how bad a leader he is. Kelvion will not do good if he continues to be CEO.

Cons

Forget being recognized for any hard work you do. This place is plagued by people that are willing to change. Absolutely nobody in management or in any kind of lead position knows a single thing about machining.
