Depending on who dislikes you, pay is terrible. You are always replaceable and feel as such. Turnover is very high, poor management and toxic environment within the office staff. Too many people feel they are in charge of things the shouldn't be, they refuse to stay in their lane and are severely overpaid giving them the feeling of power. The German counterparts cannot let the people they hired to do a job, do the job. Every time they come stateside and put their hands in things, something messes up. Work/life balance is non existent for most who are on salary. You are expected to ask how high when someone says jump no matter the time of day. It's very unhealthy.
