Pros

Kemin is a good place to work. It's a family owned company, with plenty of employees who have been there 20 plus years. The bonus program is nice, and there are a lot of perks provided to employees over the year.

Cons

Kemin struggles with their growth sometimes. People are overworked before management recognizes that additional resources are needed. And then it's even longer before you get them.

Pros

Good work life balance. In my experiance, culture is flexible and accomodating to a personal life. Your job is what you make of it, some people advance very quickly, others stagnate. Seems to be a constant effort to improve the company, recognizing weaknesses and working to correct them.

Cons

The company is growing fast-maybe too fast. Most business units have outgrown the space allotted to them. I'm also oftentimes confused on how certain employees make it to management positions.
