The customer service hours of operation are excellent; the latest that we work is 8:00 CST. After logging out, I can still have family time. In-office rotation is required only once a week.

Not all of the departments have the same structure.
Training sucks, 1 week training then they expect you to look up answer in a manual. Managers expect you to first try look up answers in the manual then ask for help. You only get 5 seconds in between calls.
