Very stressful

Pros

- Fair Entry level pay - Team lunches - Possibility to work remotely - Flexible PTO/Holidays off

Cons

- A very stressful job. - High turnover. Even if you're doing good, you are at risk of losing your job. Employees quit often due to stress, leaving more work to be assigned. - They go on massive layoffs often. Then re-hire. It's almost a cycle.

Horrible place

Pros

None. If anyone lists any it’s because you are asked “forced”to write positive reviews on Glassdoor and LinkedIn.

Cons

Everything. No one cares about doing what’s right. It’s about saving money. How a state audit hasn’t been done is beyond me. Workers are not properly licensed. They hire and promote unqualified personal to keep salary low. Managers that were put into positions with NO insurance experience. It’s a sad place to work and anyone with an ounce of integrity would never work at this place. If you were thinking of working there don’t if you know anyone with their insurance have them switch.
