Multiple retaliation instances after requesting time off for an ADA accommodation, damaging treatment for voicing a personal opinion, managers are sleeping with subordinates, and empty promises of promotions will not see the light of day, In conclusion, t is a hostile toxic work environment and there's no ethical anti-retaliation policy in force, you will feel unsupported or protected at all, you will be personally attacked and almost demonized with no fundamental reason if you don't align with management who are power hungry and don’t work on a team level.

They will never give you a promotion. You apply for a new title in a department with a higher pay scale and more difficult work and they always sell you the same story that it’s a lateral move. It’s happened 3 times now. They hire the WORST managers, I’ve had 5 in the last 2 years. They are condescending if you ask any questions telling you that you lack confidence. If you don’t ask questions they will tell you to ask questions. In group meetings they say to bring your grievances to them but when you do they belittle you publicly involving next level management. This place is beyond toxic, it’s abusive.
