Pros
Decent salary although not competitive with market, positive culture- changing with the times, allows 3 work from home, nice people, not cut-throat
Cons
Doesn’t seem to require management training when promote internally to manager positions - so lower level leadership lacks leadership skills. Certain departments lack onboarding training and there are no written manuals or procedures - hard to know what is expected or how to carry that out, lacks support staff needed to fulfill job duties.
