      Stability in certain areas while others are frequently outsourced. People are great to work with.

      Cons

      Turnover. Unable to retain key talent, unwilling to accept input for improvement, cannot establish any sort of culture due to an unwillingness to promote from within.

      Pros

      It's a great place to go if you're looking for a career change. They offer great insurance, funnily enough.

      Cons

      Corporate cares very little about the departments on the bottom floor. Most of our systems break or glitch and will remain that way for months. They will lie to you about procedure and policy. They pay us 40% less than the average Adjuster in our same position. Ultimately, only a good company if you don't intend on making them your career.
