Pros
PTO starts accruing upon hire date. Somewhat flexible work hours. Health insurance, vision, and dental offered and aren't totally unreasonable.
Cons
Do not pay well compared to other companies. Micro management. Does not require education higher than high school diploma, so you "get what you pay for" so-to-speak as far as employees go.
