There is a very heavy workload.

Low limits, lots of coverage issues, the people they insure are notoriously bad drivers with DUI's and lots of prior accidents and they normally won't respond to phone calls, micromanagement from some managers, the liability adjusters and bodily injury adjusters are not on the same page. No one helps each other if they are in a different department which is sad. No one answers their phones.
