      Overall Great company but horrible culture and devious management

      Pros

      Pay is okay, traveling is fun when you enjoy driving. If you are outgoing, you'll enjoy socializing with clients. Many opportunities for future growth.

      Cons

      Management needs improvement. They are more with a "yes sir" mentality. If you question anything or suggest new ways of doing things, you are considered insubordinate. HR doesn't care for the employees; they are there for the company. Good luck getting help when you need it in regard to upper management. Not the best company with diversity in management.

      If you want to get your start in the insurance industry, it's great. Just don't stay longer than 2 years.

      Cons

      Say goodbye to any hopes of growth, unless you're very close with a manager. Your hard work will never be appreciated and the goal post moves every 3 months so you're always behind.
