      Improvement needed for tenured employees

      Pros

      Good benefits Company supports related work education and assist with courses Good coworkers( in my case) Can be difficult at times but I have fun here and make the most out of it the company has changed a lot but nothing you don’t see anywhere else.

      Cons

      Pay for tenured employees, newer less experienced employees make the same as tenured employees and are given given raises Several times over the past year to keep up with the demand but tenured employees don’t receive anything beyond their yearly raise with unrealistic goals set for a good raise. Hr doesn’t help system “glitch”caused me to get my raise half a year later than I supposed to and no retro pay all they do is pass it to your manager to get it off their plate. My opinion Hr needs to be there more for the employee I have not had a one pleasant experience with them and they work slow.
