      Organization is all over the place. Work just gets re-assigned to you as a rush file when it was initially assigned to another person, Audit reviews are ridiculous.

      Great Teammates and team manager.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Meetings about having meetings for the meetings. Upper management gives the appearance they have no idea what's going on or have any idea of how to manage an insurance company. I worked for several other insurance companies and have never experience the lack of direction or vision like I did at Kemper.
