Pros

Pay ok Management Open Door policy HR Good Training

Cons

Management inconsistencies: company attempts to integrate procedures from all of their mergers which makes learning memorization impossible! So if you change teams you basically need to be retrained. One manager focused on quality and others on quantity. It gets depressing because of the looming threat of getting written up or fired. Overtime is imperative to survival which can be snatched away anytime and production is not adjusted. They fire people who are and we’re affected by the pandemic. So do not mention kids or parents or anything that qualifies as FMLA. Several coworkers written up / fired for the 2020 pandemic year . It’s just plain inhumane. So of course they “are growing.”
