      Was good in the beginning then got bad.

      Desk job, Set schedule, Benefits Temporally work from home Had a good supervisor They pay for P&C License The office has a snack store and gym

      Cons

      Company was not licensing a majority of their express adjuster's in the state of Florida and reassigned all Florida claims that were assigned to the unlicensed adjusters to 7 licensed adjusters. They would not turn you off from receiving new claims which they wanted you to primarily focus on by providing same day contact. It was an impossible mountain of work that would not realistically get done since the cycle was never ending. Also they penalize you if customers do not answer their phone. Your raises are dependent on if you successfully get in contact with people on your claims.

      Pros

      This is a company with a growth mindset in a mature industry. With that, there is a lot of opportunity to be challenged and make an impact for the firm as it repositions within the industry. To that end, you're given some responsibility to define your path through the three-year rotational program. The pay is great and the recruiting process is straightforward. This is a well supported MBA LDP that the company looks to for future leadership.

      Cons

      Given that the company has undergone tremendous growth, they are still trying to figure out the best way to scale their processes/procedures. Not always a bad thing but something to think about when determining if Kemper is the right fit for you.
