Good benefits, decent pay, great momentum to building a profitable company. Really good diversity and lots of good people here, with a few exceptions.

Cons

'Entrepreneurial' lack of integration of legacy companies creates a lot of variations of processes and numerous issues in the back office. Impossible to instigate change quickly as the company is overly bureaucratic, empowerment is low even for higher level individuals, and the few really effective individuals are shouldering an equal workload that can be as much as 100 hours a week of work without a day off for months. Its not uncommon to see your peers working late in the evening and weekends. The number of meetings scheduled throughout the day guarantees that you'll be working late and its not uncommon for 3-4 meetings to be scheduled in the same time window because individuals are careless with scheduling. Block out your calendar weeks in advance if you want to attempt a day off. If you want to avoid the above, get hired outside of Finance/Accounting/IT.
