Pros

Always looking for new ways to train. Several top performers are looked at and promoted. Working along management always looking at what is every ones best interest not just ones own. Great culture, good attitudes a great place to work and grow.

Cons

Pay could be more on the scale of everyone else on the higher end. That way were competitive with everyone else.

- Great teammates - Workflow is organized - The company is making a real effort to modernize their tech stacks - Employees are valued and empowered

Cons

- Some onboarding resources are a little outdated and unclear - Some repos are managed by older VCS and are frustrating to work with - Requirements for new work can be unclear (though admittedly that can be a good thing sometimes)
