      Pros

      Kemper has a very welcoming culture. Training is great-the trainers are amazing. Managers are helpful and active in their efforts to make their team members successful. The work load is busy but manageable

      Great Co-Workers. Employee Benefits available. Paid Time Off. Kemper is growing at a rapid rate which provides opportunity for employee growth and maintains status as an industry leader.

      Pros

      It’s a growing company so with every new challenge comes growth and a learning opportunity. They are very inclusive and encourage diversity. They are understanding that life happens so work life balance is great. They have great insurance and retirement benefits.

      Cons

      There are no bonuses nor raises when additional job requirements are added to employees workload. For example, since I’ve been there they have added 2 sub non standard companies which doubled the workload and added to job role responsibilities but I have not received a raise or a bonus in the 2 years I’ve been there.
