I love supporting the HR team and my HR Ops Manager. They value my work and welcome new ideas or changes when we are looking to enhance our current processes. I am trusted to get my work done and prioritize projects in the order that they bring value to the organization. I've never had a job with a healthy work-life balance until I was employed at Kemper, which encourages me to work even harder. The Talent Acquisition team was very friendly and the hire/onboarding process was seamless. The compensation, bonus and PTO are pretty competitive, especially as a new employee. The health benefits offered to employees are excellent, and I love that they have a hybrid/remote culture. It's also a breath of fresh air to work with a diverse group of talented professionals from the VP of HR Ops to the CHRO. I finally work for a company that I consider my home!
