Pros

Solid learning experience. I am able to work on interesting projects and grow a lot. The work environmnet is very flexible and allows for family time as needed. 19 days vacation for those with less than 5 years of experience, which bumps to 24 days afterwards.

Cons

Pay is not bad, but not particularly competitive. Management seems disconnected between the various business segments. Shrinking business. Lots of pushback on expenses, even getting small events funded can be a challenge.

*Convenient location *Company will pay for you to get various certifications related to your role (and insurance in general) *Decent benefits *Wear jeans on Fridays

Cons

*Constant threat of layoffs/replacement by consultants always looms *Though a lot of this is hearsay, the general consensus is this company doesn't pay nearly as well as most others in the area for similar work. *A huge number of people are incredibly nasty and condescending; not to your face, but it's almost like high school with the gossipy insults. *401K isn't vested, at all, until 3 years on job.
