      Pros

      Great culture! Everyone wants to work as a team and are always willing to help. The unique structure of handling claims allows for a very balanced. Great Benefits and good pay. Ability to work remotely has allowed for a great work life balance. Training and growth opportunities makes this a great place to be working.

      Can't complain about anything as of yet. It's been a wonderful start.

      Pros

      I have worked with the company for twenty-two years. This is a business casual-dress company with great benefits. A lot of hybrid roles are offered to give employee a chance to work from home on a certain amount of days each year. The pay is very competitive compared to other companies.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a positions in the claims department, our claims system might be a lot more detail-oriented when it comes to audits. However this is to help with claims analyzing for the overall company.
