      Ah, where do I begin? The management team here is truly visionary—if their vision is to make every workday feel like an episode of a reality TV show where no one knows the rules. Communication is their strong suit, in the sense that you’ll strongly feel like you’re being left in the dark about everything important.

      Cons

      Need direction? Perfect! They’ll give you five conflicting ones at once. Looking for feedback? Well, you’re in luck, because vague criticism given months too late is their specialty. And accountability? Oh, they believe in it—just not for themselves. Career growth? Of course! Just not for you. But you’ll get plenty of opportunities to watch others (somehow less qualified) climb the ladder. It’s truly inspiring.

      - weekly overtime is nice for consistent pay bumps - remote work (at least when I was there)

      Cons

      - very tense environment. people are dealing with loss & likely do not understand insurance whatsoever - calls needing translation (high-percentage) are clunky, redundant, and generally nonproductive+
