      Pros

      Very good pay, very good benefits, positive, growth-minded culture, quarterly town hall meetings where vice president of the company and your department fill you in on what's happening and also answer questions from employees, dedicated trainers to ensure you learn what is needed for your role. They are very intentional about helping people move up into other roles. I saw numerous cases of people being promoted or just moving to a department they wanted to try.

      Cons

      Commute to Dallas from other areas can be long; Apparently no minimum requirements for manager to team interaction to ensure continuous communication and assistance and build camaraderie.

      Positive work life balance. There are many opportunities for career advancement. Overall the management team encourages growth and provides the guidance you need. Positive work environment with teams working together and helping each out to succeed.

      Cons

      Depending on the state which you reside, you may be limited to the amount of PTO you are allowed to roll over each year. Some aspects of training can use improvement as they give the minimum overview at best.
