Pros

I don't have much to include here.

Cons

Very minimal diversity. Folks speak in different languages during firm meetings. High volume, with very little oversight. Not much lawyering here. A lot of administrative work.

Pros

There are NO "PROS" to working at this horrible company!

Cons

This was the WORST place I have ever worked at! The manager was extremely abusive and would constantly yell and belittle the call center reps! She was really awful! We were expected to take back to back calls without a rest. The customers were allowed to abuse the reps over the phones and we were not allowed to say anything back. I never got an ounce of appreciation for my efforts and the pay was incredibly low! The turnover was incredible! People would leave after 4-6 weeks! I quit after 6 months and am so glad I did!
