With a strong “Act like an Owner” culture, Kemper focuses on open communication, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. Townhalls are held quarterly with transparent conversations about the company, its financial performance, and how they're employee-focused.
Cons
Kemper has established procedures and processes that take time some time to learn but continued training/calibration is provided as needed. There is an emphasis on data quality, so the systems require quite a few data entry points. We are returning to work in the office but still providing for a hybrid work schedule.
