The organization is really invested in the growth of all of its employees. I work for an excellent managing partner and with an amazing team of claims adjusters, attorneys, paralegals, and assistants. The benefits are also a plus. But I absolutely appreciate the smooth transition I've experienced since becoming apart of Kemper's legal team, the one-on-one training, helpful colleagues, excellent management/leadership, and a positive work environment.
