Pros

Benefits were par with other carriers. Co workers were competent but also frustrated with the lack of leadership. The company cars were newer models and well maintained

Cons

The SIU unit is a mess at this time. Would not recommend the job to anyone with any experience. Poor leadership. The hiring salary is way below industry standards. The area of coverage is vast and not reasonable.
