Pros

The staff at Kemper are friendly and helpful and want to do a great job. They look out for and help each other. The Executive Leaders understand the disconnects within the organization and are working on resolving those issues and moving the company forward

Cons

Kemper is in transition due to new leadership so there is a lot of change and uncertainty in the day to day work, but there appears to be a plan things are improving

Pros

There are no pros to this job. Company is loosing a lot of money due to handling claims from high risk company they bought out. Bad business decision

Cons

High work load, low pay, constantly changing process, they add more to your job but don't add to pay. Very low to no pay increase, micro manage, get audited all the time, reinspector is a joke and audits only there to make you look bad not help you improve. Cycle time expectations are not realistic, set up for failure, no reward for good performance so everyone only completes what is required.
