      Pros

      I recently got hired by Kemper and am in training. The application process was easy. The interviews were enjoyable, and the onboarding was straightforward. The training is awesome. There is still more to learn.

      Pros

      People I have had contacted with, have all been willing to help me transition to my new position. All my interpersonal interactions have been positive, and I feel like part of the team. I feel very good about my future with Kemper.

      Cons

      Training has been spotty at best, and I feel like I have ask for guidance a lot. I don't fault the team, as I know they are under a lot of pressure with multiple new hires, and are doing the best they can. I just wish there was more structure to new hire training. There should be a checklist of tasks, to be followed so no steps a re overlooked.
