Pros

Ever growing multi-branded insurance company specializing in Auto, Home, Life and Health solutions. Competitive salary and benefits. All departments offer opportunites for career development and growth; however the claims Litgation department is where all prospective seasoned adjusters should strive to become a member. It has a well earned culture of work/life balance, paying what is reasonable owed, but not backing down when defending the cases that need to be litigated.

Cons

Workload can always vary depending on the time of the year but should always be manageable.
