Pros

There are some great people that work for this company and deserve better.

Cons

Horrible experience for me, I would not recommend anyone in the HR industry to work here, unless you are okay with throwing your morales and ethical boundaries out the window.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Hybrid. Nothing much else to say

Cons

Salary. Attrition rate is high because no support for employees. Recruiter is aware Kemper is not a great location to work, so she tells you to post a review on Glassdoor during your first weeks. Knowing most employees don’t want to give bad reviews at a new job. They change the job to hybrid from remote after you are close to being hired. Bonus is at the discretion of a person not company success. They tell you that bonus can be from 0 to 100 percent, which leaves no guarantees and completely can’t attest. Employees are fired without due process or any improvement plans. If you’re desperate for a job like I was, then apply. If not, trust me when I say this, stay away. I’m still working for the company. I have no choice.
