Pros

pay, benefits, everyone in the dept (excluding supervisors & above) work well together as a family unit

Cons

Horrible work environment. Call center metrics are more important than employees. No empathy for employees. Treat staff like children, office environment is like a kindergarten. If you are not a "favorite" of an manager expect nothing positive. No direction for the company, can not cherry pick your customers. No room for advancement. Employees stressed to the max & overworked. Ridiculous quality program in which meaningless metrics are more important than if the customer was correctly helped & a positive customer experience. Always paranoid about who will be fired next. Poor training, employees learn as they go trial by fire with limited beginning knowledge. Supervisors will refuse to help when a customer issue is escalated.

Pros

The floor staff were great folks. I miss the relationships I built there over the years. Used to be a good environment to learn different areas and move around.

Cons

Multiple layoffs and outsourcing have decimated morale beyond recovery. All upper management are new, i.e. less than three years there; the older ones bailed. Company is running too lean to promote from within, and veteran staff continue to leave in droves.

Pros

Great people to work with, a very collegial environment, and flexibility in terms of working remotely and being in the office. No "real" billable hours. High volume of cases, but you will learn a lot. Very generous benefits and great PTO policy.

Cons

NOTE: Most (if not all) of reviews by attorneys were written approximately 2-3 months after their start date, so they have not been with the company long enough to write an informed/educated review. The company's Talent Acquisition will constantly remind you to leave a review on here. 1. Very poor mentorship, subpar training, and lack of support. 2. High turnover, which leads to cases constantly being transferred to other attorneys. The people who stay for a year or longer are few and far between. 3. Unreasonable number of assigned cases. 4. Unrealistic expectations with low pay and laughable annual raises. 5. Absolutely ZERO opportunity for growth and moving up. Bonuses are annual and completely discretionary. 6. There is no consistency in terms of office policies and procedures. Management constantly changes them or keeps “moving the goal post.” 7. Attorneys do not receive any recognition for their hard work. Management clearly values and rewards the administrative staff more, which is ridiculous considering that the attorneys do the hardest work. 9. Even with great PTO, you couldn’t really use it without coming back to work from a day off or days off and not have to constantly put out fires. 10. Management will listen to issues and/or concerns. However, they will do NOTHING to address them.
