Pros

because executive leadership is so bad, many of people have become even closer to their peers for support and friendship

Cons

Executive Leadership treats employees as though they're disposable. rather than trying to understand why there is such a mass exodus at all levels, they'd rather blame it on the people who are leaving. Culture is very toxic CEO and several of his directs needs to be replaced if this company has any chance.

It is a good place to start and leave.

Cons

So behind in claims almost anything is acceptable. Incredible amount of turnover. They are looking to consolidate operations. It won't close claims faster.

Pros

They have all the latest tools and technologies available but have an unorganized technology department, personnel that has worked there for a long time are not willing to learn these new methods and technologies, so there is a breach between newer technology employees, there is nobody to guide them on how to improve their use of new technologies.

Cons

Their Database system is outdated and poorly managed, there are loading errors more than three times per week. Employees who have been there 5+ years are not willing to learn new technologies and not interested in improving data pipeline for better performance, they're stuck in old ways of ETL for the Data Analytics team database. If you know new technologies and want to improve your skills, this is NOT the place for you.
