Pros
Great if you like a revolving door of opportunities. Let me just put it this way there is NO tenure employees at least not in the AZ office. This is a great job choice for anyone Who likes to feel like they are sinking all the time and can handle micro managing. Your manager will do little to nothing to help.
Cons
Work load can get up to 300 Claims Claims intake is about 8/15 a day Metrics are unrealistic / so un realistic even upper management apologizes for what they are doing Promoter scores /survey
