Pros
I feel like a valued member of the team and that my work has a meaningful impact on the company. Kemper offers a great benefits package. The onboarding process and first week experience was excellent, even in a virtual environment. The Act Like an Owner culture is something I value very highly and it makes my work feel that much more meaningful.
Cons
My team is spread out all across the U.S. so there is less face to face time but we still manage to have positive interactions virtually and perform work efficiently.
