      Pros

      Working environment is very nice. Clean building and sufficient working space. Free coffee, free tea and free cocoa. Supervisors are very friendly and giving you clear goals to achieve. Paid overtime and no limit. Have 18 days PTO plus Holidays, and PTO can roll over to next year. Free life insurance and disability insurance. 401K is vested immediately once you got enrolled.

      Cons

      Salary raise is slow. Receive various reports every day to work.

      one day they tell us how well company is doing and they are going to be adding positions,hiring etc. THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY GOT RID OF THE ENTIRE UNIT

      Pros

      I came on board as a driven but green team manager. I would have had to wait 5 years for the opportunity to move up, but due to Kemper’s explosive growth I was promoted with just 2 years of management experience. I have had claims trainees move from trainee to manager in 3 years, that’s unheard of most places. If you’re a high performer but stuck because your no one ever leaves your company, this is the place. There are new opportunities almost daily.

      Our growth means there is almost constant significant change going on. You need to be adaptable and flexible and able to produce results.
