Pros

Absolutely no pros working for a sweat shop

Cons

No bonus or raise to speak of. Adjusters have a full load of their own claims they are responsible for and receive audits on. Problem is, you have to be on an automatic phone que so you spend the majority of your day handling other adjuster's calls but cannot truly service the customer. Due to the unrealistic claim load and irrational metrics systems, a lot of customer's get hung up on or put on hold because what matters most to upper management is numbers met on a spread sheet. Turnover is terrible, morale is below zero and adjusters/supervisors are leaving in droves. Stay away from this job for no other reason than it is extremely unhealthy for your mind and heart and work ethic.
