Great selection of benefits Laid back environment No micromanagement Casual dress code Small company feel with big company benefits Employees are very happy, from my first interview for the job, I noticed how happy everyone was in the lobby and even in the elevators. Very positive atmosphere. I came to Kemper from State Farm, the largest insurer in North America, where we were underpaid, overworked, and severely micromanaged. I do not regret a single thing about leaving State Farm and coming to Kemper. This is a great workplace where employees are treated like professionals and we are treated like adults, and are not micromanaged.
