      Company culture could use some work

      My immediate manager was nice and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and cared about my development

      Cons

      The culture was very poor. There was a lot of turnover and the issues with turnover were solved by hiring contractors. We had so many meetings that we felt micromanaged. We were constantly asked to stay up late to post entries that ended up needing to be corrected the next day. A lot of pressure on accounting to hit deadlines, but there was little or no support from business partners to help reach that goal.

      The management is willing to work with you to get you where they need you. Good environment.

      Cons

      Upper management adds responsibility to the role without taking any away. Upper management preaches transparency but made the change to be mostly in person without providing any sort of financial aid. Layoffs happen regularly.
